How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your PayFast account or by emailing us at hello@capeherbs.co.za. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What payment methods are accepted?
PayFast accepts Visa, Mastercard, EFT (instant EFT from all major SA banks), SnapScan, Zapper, and Mobicred.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by PayFast, South Africa's leading payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Can I share my subscription?
Premium is for one account. Family plans are coming soon — watch this space.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep Premium access until the end of your billing period. After that you return to the free plan — all your saved herbs stay in your account.
